This project got few parts, which consists,
Part (a), Group work, which are design the plan for the new site-Tasik Aman
Part (b), Inidividual work, which design the lot for the plan.

Our group, group 3 is using the sphere concept to design all the lots. We are basically using the terrace house as the basic lot.

After the Group Layout done, we are proceed to the Individual unit. Different from others, i design a new lot for the project 4, which is a chalet.

Skin

Continue from the previous project, it's more like a series of a conduction of a building. From the interior that we designed, until now the project is we need to conduct a skin for the interior that we designed.

The concept that i used in this project is a crystal ball. It's a sphere building skin, which is only made from the glass. This is continue from the view room, which helps to provide great view.

Heat that released in the building will be overcome by the plantations at the roof top of the building and the surrounding of the building.

Ibu

Followed by the first project, the Pet & Home, we continue our project to the Ibu, which is involved the interior design of a building.

-The Initial Idea-

We are allowed to use Sketch-up 7 to conduct our project. The initial idea was to create a space that can allow people to have a views, which something like a balcony and can view the views around the space.

The initial idea is conducted and being created by using a square idea. After the product done, it's found out that it is very packed inside the space, so the idea changed to a semi-circle building.

The semi-cylinder is attached with a tinted glass which can filter out the UV-light and provide almost 100% views from the side.

The space is not fully closed, which have a side is open air. It's covered with a bamboo blinds and also with some plantations. This ensure that there is a natural air-ventilation and also the natural lighting to the space. This help to increase the sustainability of the space.

Pet & Home

It's such a long break since the sem 1. It's kinda happy when coming back to USM and continue the studio works. Basically, we are still in the same studio, that is the Studio 100, but seperated into 2 groups which are the Design Studio and the Non-design Studio.

The first assignment for 2nd semester is the Pet & Home. It's was very surprise seriously. It seems like we been involved into a different type of assignment since sem 1.

It's using the concept of the roman architecture style which are those columns, the great symbol in roman architecture.

-The Roman Architecture's Style Columns-

The collapsed columns basically symbolize the collapse of the civilization of the world. Whereas the Seashell Symbolize the collapse of the environment of the world.

-The Presentation Drawing-

The way of prepare the presentation board is using the combination of pencil sketch and watercolor.
